Fire of Brazil

The Fire of Brazil concept is a simple one. Starting with our extravagant buffet that offers a fine selection of hot and cold fresh salads, vegetables and seafood specialties. Stopping at each table to carve slices of an assortment of tender meats, our skilled Gauchos, (Brazilian cowboys), parade through the restaurant with grilled meats on long skewers (sword) taken directly off the grill.

We offer an extensive list of Beverages including, homemade Brazilian fruit cocktails, and many more of our vast beverage selection. We also offer the Brazilian national most famous soft drink, the Guarana.

Our mouth-watering selection of desserts are a true finale to an amazing dining experience that includes the Brazilian Flan, served with a caramel sauce, our triple layer chocolate avalanche fudge cake, to name a few...
